7- Resilient Vehicles: Balancing Polarity

Shifting into the rhythm of a New Life 
Cycle after a fall, I surrender to deeper 
currents and tread water for reflection. 
Transforming grief and sadness into 
art, I assimilate lessons disguised as 
mistakes, for life to grow and flow.  

 Regulating my breath, I find Harmony 
within song, inhaling and exhaling slowly 
to allow Spiritual Manna, to replenish me. 
Spinning with intention, I find the stillness 
within my motion, the motion within my 
inner- stillness, creating inner-Peace.

Resolving lingering inner-conflict in my 
Life, I temper adolescent extremes, to 
walk a focused, meaningful middle path.
Blending Love with Self-Control, I regulate 
the zeal and momentum of my Soul Quest, 
transforming attraction into realization. 

Reigning in the un-bridled desire of my 
galloping inner-Male and inner-Female 
I sublimate sensuality into creativity. 
Unifying their instincts and drive, 
I am able to re-focus and navigate 
new territory, to manifest Dreams. 

Observing the interplay between 
Wind and Water, my jittery inner- 
Male and Female move into Prayer. 
Reaching for my cell phone, I call a 
Spirit Sister to help ground my sacred 
intention for manifesting abundance. 
Summoning Divine Source, we pray 
Peace, Love, Joy and Abundance. 

Clarifying Personal and World Issues, 
we align energy with resilient flow for 
endurance and truthful understanding. 
Divine Guidance, Angels and Ancestors 
help us transcend Ego's Monkey Mind, 
shifting our attention to HERE NOW. 
Instead of focusing on problems, we 
bask in unlimited Holistic Solutions.

Gaia/Geo, Earth, provides an essential 
environment for Humanity to grow and 
expand, in optimum health and vitality. 
In the same way, our Bodies provide 
the right environment for our Cells to 
multiply harmoniously and diversify. 

Awareness of Health Promoting 
energies, can help us maneuver
through fields of disintegration.
As old paradigms fail, collapsing 
out dated social structures, we can 
become new evolutionary leaders.

The image of Charioteer and Horses 
inspires the mind to believe anything 
is possible, igniting passion and faith. 
Horse opens our Heart to that which 
empowers us, moving us forward into
life's challenges on the Roads of Life. 

The Strength of the Human Body
unified with wisdom and experience,
determines the quality of our Life.
Gaia and Geo smile, as we purify our 
intentions, uniting complimentary 
forces, to evolve the world.

Talk show host Jennifer McLean and 
speaker/ writer Richard Moss, spoke 
about Living / Loving Consciously. 
Some excerpts of their discussion 
really spoke to my heart and soul:

"Enlarging our expanded awareness 
of Partner Relationship, as a Sun 
shining in Space, before expressing 
what's disturbing us, others are more 
willing to listen, hear and respond."

We as listeners are asked to reflect on: 
"What our relationship with God wants? 
What does it want in Relationship to: 
Our Life, Art, Another, Nature, 
Passion, our Stories, Death?"

accept and integrate my successes.
Transforming my fear of intimacy, I
enter into conflict consciously with 
the intention, of Peaceful Relations.
 As Male and Female, unite within me, 
I am a Transcendent Vehicle for Love.
